First of all, you are going to have to do just three things. You always have to keep them in mind, and I would advise you to make them even as your habit, because it would lead you to have a permanent body figure after succeeding with your diet.

3. Have 6 meals a day.

It is better to spread your meals out, say, 6 small meals a day, rather than 2 big meals. So try to eat a lot, but small portions. It would help improve your metabolism in a long run.

I have a job which needs to be done. That's it. You're probably thinking that this is over simplistic and leads to nowhere.

The Busy Man Diet plan is indeed simple. There is nothing complicated about it. Most of the time we find ourselves thinking about food - what to eat, where to go for lunch, who to go with, how to get there, what's in for dinner and so on. The objective is to get into a habit of keeping yourself busy and involved so that you do not think about what's next to eat.
